Flu season is here !
This is the worst season of the year  for small children, their parents and other care givers. ​Flu is a viral infection of the respiratory tract. It is caused by many different viruses which change season to season or even within one season. Flu symptoms such as body aches, chills, fever, cough, runny nose, headache and sore throat, come on suddenly. Note that common colds are different as they rarely cause headaches or fever. Here are some rules for your child and you to stay healthy during flu season.
1. Remember to wash hands frequently.
2. Always make sure to get plenty of fluids and rest.
3. When coughing, cough into the arms rather than hands.
4. Finally do not forget to get flu shots !
